A trainer is much more complicated...not only should they know almost everything about horses and riding like the back of their hand but also.....

1. Be able to comfort young girls crying.
2. Be able to cheer one up after falling off by making them laugh.
3. Be able to explain a course in terms 7 year olds will understand.
4. Being able to laugh and not get frustrated when their student goes off course.
5. Be able to talk their way through changing the line up at the in gate
6. Be capable of dealing with nervous mothers
7. Be capable of dealing with confused fathers.
8. Be able to stand out in the freezing cold and rain, but still smile after their student has a beautiful round and comes out with a grey horse gone bay.
9. Be able to have a unique original "woop!" after a job well done.
10. Last but not least, be able to pull off a baseball cap/cowboy hat.
